Because training services require time, scheduling, and preparation, refunds are limited to specific circumstances. However, updates to a plan to better fit your needs can always be arranged free of charge.

Cancellations by the Client — Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non‑refundable and will be counted as completed.

Unused Sessions — Refunds for unused sessions may be granted only within 7 days of purchase and only if no sessions have been completed.

Partially Used Packages — Once a package has begun, refunds are not issued for remaining sessions. In special circumstances (e.g., medical issues), credit or rescheduling may be offered at the trainer’s discretion.

Expiration — Packages may have expiration dates. Expired sessions are non‑refundable.

Digital items such as downloadable guides, workout plans, or online programs are non‑refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital content. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, support will be provided to resolve the issue.

If you are unable to continue training due to a documented medical condition or emergency, you may request:

Approval is at the trainer’s discretion and may require documentation.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
